Jerry Lewis - Nutty Professor To Lecture Broadway In November

Jerry Lewis' cult comedy The Nutty Professor will hit the Broadway stage as a musical in November (12), according to the funnyman himself.
Lewis let the news slip to the The Wall Street Journal while celebrating his 86th birthday on Friday night (16Mar12).
The comedian has confirmed Michael Andrew will lead the cast, while Kathleen Marshall will choreograph the production.
The stage adaptation of the 1963 comedy was originally scheduled to debut during the 2010/2011 season.
The show features music by acclaimed composer Marvin Hamlisch and lyrics by Escape (The Pina Colada Song) hitmaker Rupert Holmes.
