No Time Off For Matt Damon
Matt Damon doesn't plan on taking time off.
The actor, who was nominated for an Oscar for his role as South African rugby player Francois Pienaar in 'Invictus', confirms he has a busy schedule ahead of him.
He said: "I want to direct someday and I can't really pass up the chance to work with the people I'm getting to work with.
"I've worked with Paul Greengrass three times now, and Clint Eastwood twice, and Steve Soderbergh five or six times, and the Cohen Brothers this month. As long as that keeps happening, I can't see myself taking time off, unless the work dried up."
Matt, 39, is currently starring in Paul Greengrass-directed action movie 'Green Zone', but recently discussed what he would consider for his directorial debut.
Speaking to BANG Showbiz, Matt said: "I want a simple little human story. Something like 'Good Will Hunting' or something that's smaller like that. Nothing too tricky the first time.
"I don't know if I'll be in it. I'd prefer not to be. I've heard from other people and Ben told me it's tough, it's a lot of hard work."
