No Doubt Get Classical With Los Angeles Philharmonic Orchestra
Rockers No Doubt are teaming up with members of the Los Angeles Philharmonic Orchestra's youth division to turn three of their tunes into classical compositions for an upcoming show.
Gwen Stefani and her bandmates will meet with students from the orchestra's Composer Fellowship Program, who are planning to create a classical medley inspired by the group's songs Suspension Without Suspense, Rock Steady and Simple Kind of Life.
The completed piece will be performed by the YOLA EXPO Center Youth Orchestra at a concert in February (10), according to the Los Angeles Times.
