Nicole Richie Confident With Body

Nicole Richie has never felt better about her body.

The designer - whose weight has fluctuated over the years - says she's very happy with how she looks at the moment as she has learnt to take care of herself.

Nicole - who has two children, Harlow, four, and 23-month-old Sparrow with husband Joel Madden - said: ''I feel great about my body. You know, aesthetically I can be picky, but I choose not to be. I've taken huge leaps. I'm proud of that. I work out, and I get lots of sleep, and so I feel great. And that is so important.''

Nicole has her own successful clothing lines and says if people want to follow in her footsteps they need to be prepared to work hard.

She told Britain's Glamour magazine: ''You need to study your craft. Know it well before you jump in. I wait all the time. Because I don't want to just put my name on something and then release it. What's the point of that?''
