by | 20 June 2007

British Sea Power, Good Shoes and Architecture in Helsinki have been added to the bill for the LodeStar festival in Cambridgeshire.

Morden-based Good Shoes released their debut album Think Before You Speak in March and have a number of festival appearances booked this summer.

Similarly British Sea Power have already headlined the Great Escape and will be playing a set at the newly founded LodeStar, held at Sunnyridge Farm in Lode.

Also added to the bill are the Australian group Architecture in Helsinki and Liverpool band the Wombats.

LodeStar boats a strong line-up for its first year on the circuit and includes sets from Alberta Cross, Badly Drawn Boy, Foals and Ghosts.

Mumm-Ra, the Pigeon Detectives, the Rakes and Idlewild are also confirmed to play the event.

LodeStar runs from August 31st to September 2nd and tickets including camping cost £85.

Day tickets are priced at £55 and £40 for youngsters aged 10 to 16.
