Nervous Adele Watches What She Eats Before A Show
British singer Adele always tries to eat well before a concert because nerves and a full stomach don't go well together.
The Rolling in The Deep star admits she found out the hard way that she cannot eat within 90 minutes of going on stage - because her nerves make her sick.
She tells Entertainment Weekly magazine, "I bring it (food) back up. I get so nervous."
