Neil Young - Neil Young Still Keen On Future Buffalo Springfield Reunion Dates
Neil Young has given fans of his rock group Buffalo Springfield hope of future reunion shows after calling off a 30-date tour last year (11).
Young and his bandmates reunited for a seven-date tour a year ago, but additional dates failed to materialise.
Now, speaking about the failed reunion attempt for the first time, the rocker tells Rolling Stone magazine he hasn't ruled out a get together in the future.
He says, "That could happen, but it's not happening now. I'd be on a tour of my past for the rest of f**king time, which I can't do. I have to be able to move forward. I can't be relegated. I did enough of it for right then, but there is this seed of something great still there. It's worth exploring again."
Buffalo Springfield split in 1968. Young brought the existing members of the group back together in 2010 for a performance at his annual Bridge School Benefit concert in California. The group also performed at the Bonnaroo festival in Tennessee last June (11).
