Neil Patrick Harris - Neil Patrick Harris Looks Every Bit The Family Man

Neil Patrick Harris, joined by his fiance David Burtka and their twins - son Gideon Scott and daughter Harper Grace, looked every bit the happy family as they took a stroll in sunny New York yesterday according to The Daily Mail.

Whilst out with their brood, celebrity chef David was then seen holding Harper's hand while How I Met Your Mother-star Neil used one arm to carry Giddeon on his hip and the other to hail a taxi. The two have become much more open about their private life since appearing on Oprah Winfrey's Last Chapter series recently, in which they discussed the science behind the birth of their children and their happy relationship. In the in-depth interview Harris also spoke of his awareness at an early age that he was homosexual.

The pair spoke of their dedication to their children and that they had no intentions of making the decision to have children on a whim.

"We really had thought it through financially, emotionally, relationship-wise. We didn't just accidentally get pregnant. These kids come into our world with nothing but love," Neil told the media-mogul Oprah on her show. The two hope to set an example for gay-couples wishing to have children the world over, as well as hoping to raise awareness on the subject.
