Neil Diamond Planning Spring Wedding
Veteran singer Neil Diamond is set to wed in the spring (12) ahead of his upcoming world tour.
The Sweet Caroline legend announced his engagement to girlfriend and co-manager Katie MCNeil in September (11).
Diamond was feted at the Kennedy Center Honors in Washington, D.C. on Sunday (04Dec11) and after receiving his medal, he told reporters at Usa Today about his wedding plans.
The crooner revealed he is planning to walk down the aisle for a third time before he hits the road for a global trek next June (12).
He tells the publication, "(I will marry) sometime in the spring, before I go out on tour again."
Diamond has been married twice before.
