Calvin Harris - Ne-yo: Calvin Harris Collaboration Couldn't Go Wrong
Calvin Harris has released his third single, Let's Go, which features R&B singer NE-YO. The song will be used in the new Pepsi Max advert, which will air in April. Kick In The Mix; it will feature several well-known footballers, including Pepsi Max ambassador Didier Drogba, who says: 'Calvin Harris' new track is going to be huge! It was great to work alongside him in the new Pepsi advert and I can't wait see the music video.'
Ne-Yo wrote the lyrics for Let's Go and he has high hopes that the song will be a chart hit: 'I was excited about working with Calvin Harris on this song. Calvin is a genius and I'm not so bad myself at what I do - there was no way for this collaboration to go wrong.'
Harris' last chart smash was Rihanna's We Found Love, which he featured on. It reached number one in eighteen countries and became the fifth bestselling single in the UK in 2011. When asked how he makes music, he said: 'When I make music I always imagine in my head the biggest venue possible. It is just a big hands-in-the air euphoria that I like to try and induce through music.'
A music video to accompany Let's Go will be released with through Sony Music and Pepsi. The song will also appear on Harris' upcoming, highly anticipated third studio album.
