Nate Dogg Died Of Stroke Complications Says Lawyer

Nate Dogg has died at the age of 41 from stroke complications, a lawyer said today (16th March 2011).

Nate Dogg, the American rapper and 'Death Row' artist passed away yesterday but the cause of death was initially unknown. However, attorney MARK GERAGOS has since confirmed that Nate died from complications surrounding the multiple strokes he recently suffered according to OnTheRedCarpet.comThe hip-hop star, real name Nathaniel D. Hale, was perhaps best known for his collaborations with Snoop Dogg and Warren G. He was also famed for his work on Dr Dre's classic debut album 'The Chronic'. Earlier today, Snoop posted an emotional tribute message on his Twitter page that read, "One of my best friends n a brother to me since 1986 when I was a sophomore at poly high where we met. I miss u cuzz I am so sad but so happy I got to grow up wit u and I will c u again n heaven cuz u know d slogan". Fellow rapper Ludacris left a similarly touching twitter message, saying, "There is a certain void in hip hop's heart that can never be filled. Glad we got to make history together".

Nate Dogg rose to fame in the 1990's after singing for a number of years in the New Hope Baptist Church Choir in Long Beach, California. His hip-hop career took off when he joined Snoop Dogg and Warren G in the trio 213.
