Nash To Wed Engineer

Comedienne NIECY NASH is to wed her electrical engineer beau.

The Reno 911 star has accepted boyfriend Jay Tucker's proposal and will marry in May, 2011.

Tucker surprised the 40 year old by going down on bended knee at a celebrity party at the weekend (04-05Sep10).

Nash tells news show Entertainment Tonight, "I cannot believe that God has been this kind that he would gift me this man."

This will be Nash's second marriage - she divorced Don Nash in 2007.
