Mya - Mya No Longer A Vegetarian

R&B singer MYA has turned her back on vegetarianism in an effort to stay on top form on the dancefloor.

The My Love Is Like... Wo hitmaker's meat-free diet left her tired as she started rehearsing for U.S. TV talent show Dancing With The Stars - and vigorous work-outs left the singer craving proteins and carbohydrates.

And the diet change is working for her - she's one of four celebrities still in the dancing competition.

She tells OK! magazine, "I am eating more protein now - I used to be a vegetarian!

"So I'm eating lots of chicken and beef. I splurge on carbs like mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, rice and gravy, bagels - the list goes on!"
