Hip-hop mogul Bryan Leach has been sentenced to two years behind bars following a weapons arrest in 2010.
The record executive, who is credited with discovering rappers Pitbull and Lil Jon, was taken into custody in New York City in October, 2010, after police found a loaded handgun in his vehicle during a traffic stop.
He was charged with one count of criminal possession of a weapon and pleaded guilty to the crime at Manhattan Supreme Court in September (12).
On Thursday (29Nov12), Leach was sentenced to prison time, as well as 18 months of probation, according to the New York Post.
