The MPAA on Monday laid out a plan to use the Internet to fight piracy. MPAA chief Dan Glickman unveiled the website FightFilmTheft.org, which the MPAA is launching with the National Association of Theatre Owners, the Canadian Motion Picture Distributors Assn., and the Motion Picture Theatre Associations of Canada. Among other things, the site offers a training program to teach theater employees how to identify and take action against those using camcorders in their seats.
