Moss' Lost Luggage Crisis Continues
On arrival at Los Angeles' LAX airport on a flight from London, it was discovered eight pieces of the catwalk beauty's Louis Vuitton luggage had disappeared at Heathrow's new Terminal 5 building.
British Airways have offered Moss $20,000 (GBP10,000) in compensation for the loss, and vowed to get the missing items back to the star in time for her friend's birthday on Monday (14Apr08).
A source tells British newspaper The Sun, "Kate's assistant spent all day on the phone trying to find it. Kate is livid that it is still missing."
Moss also lost $6,000 (GBP3,000) worth of prototypes for her fashion range for British fashion giant Topshop, which were also contained in the missing luggage.
Thousands of passengers have been left bagless and out of pocket after problems with the new baggage-handling system caused major disruption earlier this month (Apr08).
