Chris Brown - Model Sues Chris Brown And Drake Over Nightclub Brawl

Romain Julien claims he was sitting at a nearby table when the two singers' aides allegedly clashed at Manhattan hotspot W.i.P. on 14 June (12).

He filed a lawsuit at New York Supreme Court on Monday (20Aug12) alleging he suffered a severed tendon in his right hand, and demanding actual and punitive damages.

Julien has named both Drake and Brown in the legal action, as well as the operators of the venue, Entertainment Enterprises, Ltd., insisting they should have provided better security in the club and refrained from serving alcohol to intoxicated patrons.

He claims he suffered lacerations from broken glass, cosmetic deformity and mental distress, and he also accuses Brown of having a "hot temper" and inciting the altercation, according to the Associated Press.

The legal action comes just days after Entertainment Enterprises, Ltd. bosses filed a $15 million (£9.38 million) lawsuit against the two stars, accusing them of failing to stop the brawl and of sullying the venue's name.

Basketball star Tony Parker was also injured in the incident and is reportedly suing nightclub bosses.
