Mitch Winehouse Has Gallstones
AMY WINEHOUSE's dad is recovering in hospital after doctors diagnosed him with gallstones.
Taxi driver-turned-jazz singer Mitch Winehouse was forced to pull out of a concert in Scotland on Monday (09Aug10) after becoming ill during a vacation with what was thought to be food poisoning.
But a spokesperson for the 60 year old has confirmed he is actually suffering from gallstones.
The rep says: "He's making a swift recovery and will be back on his feet and hopefully continuing with his shows in a few weeks."
