LIZA MINNELLI spends two hours dancing every single day - because she was once told she'd never be able to hit the dancefloor again.
The CABARET star, 59, struggled with debilitating encephalitis five years ago (01) and was told she'd no longer be able to dance.
She says, "I couldn't move or walk or talk or do anything, and they said I'd never do it (dance) again."
But Minnelli credits her longtime dance teacher LUIGI for giving her the strength to keep working on her dance steps.
She adds, "I said, 'Do you think I'll dance again?' and he said, 'Sure.'
"And I believed him, and I still go to class every day... for two hours."
A sleekly made thriller with a sparky sense of humour, this is also a rare action movie that has something important to say.
