Mills Builds Swimming Pool Without Permission

Planners discovered the pool while visiting Mills' Robertsbridge, East Sussex home to check the former glamour model had pulled down a huge marquee she had erected illegally.

They have now ordered her to submit an application for the pool - and if permission is denied, Mills will have to fill it in.

A spokesperson for Rother District Council tells the Hastings + St. Leonards Observer newspaper, "The marquee appears to have been dismantled.

"Apparently there is a swimming pool and we have invited a planning application for it. This will then be considered in accordance with the normal planning process."

Mills bought the property last year (07) so she and her daughter Beatrice could be close to MCCartney's home in nearby Peasmarsh.
