Mila Kunis' stalker, Stuart Lynn Dunn, has been ordered to stay away from her for 10 years after he pleaded no contest to charges of harassing her.
Mila Kunis' stalker has been ordered to stay away from her for 10 years.
Stuart Lynn Dunn pleaded no contest to charges of harassing the 'Friends with Benefits' actress in Los Angeles Superior Court yesterday (22.01.13), and Judge George Lomeli also ordered him to complete six months of residential rehab and placed him on five years of felony probation.
Judge Lomeli also gave Dunn - who has been ordered to stay away from Mila's agents, managers and assistants - credit for 528 days he spent in jail.
Dunn had been in custody since last May after he was arrested for showing up at Mila's Beverly Hills gym three days in a row.
As he tried to approach her at the gym, Mila alerted authorities as he already had a restraining, stemming from when he pleaded no contest to breaking into an at-the-time-unoccupied condo owned by the 27-year-old beauty.
Last June, LAPD Detective John Gregozek testified at a hearing to say Mila had stated to authorities that she was ''in fear for her safety''.
