Grateful Dead - Mickey Hart Caught Out By Assault Allegation, Arrest Warrant

Former Grateful Dead drummer Mickey Hart is "baffled" by reports there is a warrant out for his arrest in Kentucky because he has no idea why he's a wanted man.
The rocker, real name Michael Hartman, has been accused of attacking a fan at a concert in Harrodsburg at the weekend (08Sep12), but he insists the allegations are bogus.
Hart tells Tmz.com, "I am totally baffled by a bizarre claim of assault by me coming out of Kentucky - the home of bluegrass and a state I love dearly.
"Any accusation or claim of assault against me is completely false and without any basis whatsoever."
Details surrounding the alleged attack remain unclear.
