Sir Mick Jagger - Mick Jagger Expects Fans To Jump The Fence At Hyde Park Gig
Sir Mick Jagger has silenced critics of The Rolling Stones' ticket prices by suggesting fans will be able to jump "over the fence" and see the band's gig in London's Hyde Park for free.
The veteran rockers came under fire last year (12) for selling seats for their 50th anniversary shows in London and New York for huge sums, with some tickets exchanging hands online for thousands of dollars.
They are heading back out on tour next month (May13) for shows in the U.S. followed by a headline slot at Britain's Glastonbury festival in June (13) and a huge concert in London's Hyde Park in July (13), and Jagger is convinced some fans might be able to sneak into the final show without paying.
He tells the Bbc, "It (the Hyde Park show) won't be free completely, no. But I'm sure there's still room over the fence for a few free ones... I'm not obsessed with ticket prices."
