Mick Jagger and Barack Obama have partied together at a blues concert.
The Rolling Stones frontman performed at the gig in the East Room of the White House which was attended by blues stars of the past, present and future, as well as the US President.
Obama watched the majority of the concert from his seat alongside wife Michelle Obama, with the pair appearing to enjoy the music.
But the President took to the stage after some encouragement by Buddy Guy, who said he'd heard Obama had sang part of an Al Green song recently.
Mick then offered him a microphone and Obama sang a few bars before he leaned the mic towards B.B. King and said: ''This music speaks to something universal.
''No one goes through life without both joy and pain, triumph and sorrow. The blues gets all of that, sometimes with just one lyric or one note.''
