Michael Madsen Escapes Child Endangerment Charges
Kill Bill star Michael Madsen has escaped child endangerment charges due to insufficient evidence.
The actor was taken into custody outside his California home last Friday (09Mar12) after allegedly becoming embroiled in an argument with his young son. He was released on bail the following day (10Mar12).
However, on Thursday (15Mar12), a Los Angeles County District Attorney determined Madsen wouldn't face official charges due to lack of evidence.
The star's attorney, Perry Wander, tells Tmz.com, "Michael is grateful that this unfortunate family incident is now closed and thanks those that thoroughly investigated this matter."
