Michael Jackson Lawyer Wins Video Tape Battle
Jeffrey Borer, the owner of XtraJet, attempted to sell video of the three men chatting during a flight from Las Vegas to Santa Barbara, California, where the King of Pop turned himself in to police in November, 2003.
As part of the settlement, Borer must hand over $2.5 million (£1.6 million).
Geragos argued that the taping, which featured no audio, violated the privacy and attorney-client privilege of the lawyers and Jackson.
They were originally awarded $20 million (£12.5 million), but an appeals court struck down that judgment.
