Michael Jackson - Michael Jackson Estate Administrators Speak Out About Weekend Drama

Jackson's daughter Paris and other young members of the family appear to have clashed with the late star's siblings over the whereabouts of matriarch Katherine Jackson over the weekend (21-22Jul12).

Paris launched a Twitter.com war with family members after revealing she hasn't heard from her grandmother and guardian since she jetted off on a break with daughter Rebbie earlier this month (Jul12), and backed up reports suggesting Katherine was missing.

Uncle Jermaine attempted to play down the drama with Twitter comments and a statement, insisting his mother was "fine" and "resting", but his niece was far from happy with his remarks and returned to Twitter, posting: "8 days and counting. Something is really off, this isn't like her at all... I wanna talk directly to my grandmother!!" and "9 days and counting... so help me god i will make whoever did this pay".

And now lawyers John Branca and John MCClain, the executors of her father's will, have issued a statement revealing they are concerned about the welfare of the Thriller singer's kids and their grandmother following the weekend's events.

They state: "We are acutely concerned about the welfare of Mrs. Jackson, and most particularly with Michael's minor children. We are concerned that we do what we can to protect them from undue influences, bullying, greed, and other unfortunate circumstances.

"While we do not have standing to directly intervene, we have monitored the situation and will continue to do so. We believe measures are being put in place that will help protect them from what they are having to deal with."

The statement comes amid unconfirmed reports the children's cousin, TJ Jackson, is considering a fight for conservatorship of teenagers Paris and Prince and their younger brother Blanket.
