Michael Buble - Michael Buble Worries Son Will Feel Sense Of Entitlement
Canadian crooner Michael Buble is determined to instill a "sense of normality" into his unborn son as he doesn't want his child to grow up with a sense of "entitlement" because of his parents' fame.
The Home hitmaker's model wife Luisana Lopilato is due to give birth later this year (13), and Buble has opened up about his hopes and fears for his first-born in a new interview with Britain's The Sun.
He says, "Entitlement is a very big concern for Lu and I. Entitlement is one of the ugliest traits in human beings and we talk about it a lot. It will be impossible for him to grow up in a 'normal' way because he will travel on jets, dine in fancy restaurants and meet famous people.
"But what Lu and I have in common is that we were both raised by families who are very down to earth. So I think him being around people like my mother and father and Lu's mother and father will bring a sense of normality. They will certainly keep his feet firmly on the ground - as they do mine."
Buble reveals he is looking to businessman Warren Buffett for tips on bringing up children after learning he made his kids work for their own money despite his riches.
The singer adds, "I watched this wonderful film about American businessman Warren Buffett, who is one of the world's richest men. His children were saying the greatest gift he gave them was to give them nothing. They had to fight for themselves and learned to appreciate life."
