Megadeth Show Axed
Metal stars MEGADETH were forced to scrap a performance in Oklahoma on Tuesday (09Aug11) after a member of the band fell ill.
Fans were left disappointed after the rockers pulled out of the Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival in Oklahoma City at the last minute.
A statement on their official Facebook.com reads, "Due to a band member illness, Megadeth was forced to cancel tonight's performance...
"The band apologizes to their fans and everyone in attendance at tonight's show and hope to return to Oklahoma City as soon as possible."
It is not known which bandmate fell ill or what his symptoms were.
