Mccartney Shuns Stadiums For An 'Intimate' Surprise Show
The former beatle is shunning stadiums to perform songs from new album Memory Almost Full at a small venue in front of just 1,000 fans tonight (07Jun07).
The Electric Ballroom, Camden, show was kept a closely guarded secret, with details only released this morning.
A spokesperson for the singer says, "He is used to playing in front of as many as 500,000 people so it's very exciting to be playing a very exclusive, intimate show.
"I don't know the last time he did something like this. He is normally used to big arenas or stadiums."
