Mccartney: 'Marrying Mills Was My Big Mistake'

SIR PAUL MCCARTNEY has branded his marriage to HEATHER MILLS one of the worst mistakes of his life.
The Beatles legend wed the former glamour model in 2002, but the couple separated in 2006, leading to an ugly public divorce battle.
The union was officially dissolved in 2008 and the veteran musician was forced to hand over $38.9 million (£24.3 million) of his fortune, as well as annual payments for the former couple's young daughter, Beatrice.
In a new interview with Britain's Q magazine, MCCartney was asked if getting married again was his greatest error of the last decade and he replied: "OK, yeah. I suppose that has to be the prime contender."
He adds, "These things happen. I tend to look at the positive side, which is that I have another beautiful daughter out of it."

The blonde, vegetarian charity worker appeared heaven sent - even her name seemed more than a coincidence. His marriage to Linda was the envy of many and I believe Paul was still mourning her deeply when Mills arrived on the scene. Although I've always thought his "one of the boys" act a tad fake my heart really went out to Paul when it became clear this charlatan was so wrong for him. He and Nancy appear genuinely happy. Perhaps now he'll begin to forget the unfortunate error of judgement and enjoy Beatrice with minimal hassle from the odious ex who'll doubtless be enjoying the huge monetary profit - made from his emotional vulnerability.

Paul Mccartney, we all make mistakes in our lives, nevertheless, at the time you made the decision to be married you thought you were doing the right thing. Just move on with your life, what you do is your business and it's nobody business than your own how it turns out. A true fan of MICHAEL JACKSON
