Mccartney 'Blessed' By Beatles Experience

Former BEATLE SIR PAUL MCCARTNEY feels "blessed" he had the opportunity to be part of the biggest band of all time - and admits he's still overwhelmed by the Fab Four's legacy. The singer says he is grateful for his time spent in the band with George Harrison, John Lennon and Ringo Starr, even 27 years after the group disbanded in 1970. He says, "You know, there were only four people in the Beatles, and I was one of them. "That means that only three other people in the universe experienced that - and that's pretty amazing. I try not to think about it too much in case it gets overwhelming. It's great and I just feel blessed."
