Matthew Mcconaughey and his wife Camila Alves welcomed their third child into the world on Friday (Dec 28), and now the pair have decided on a name for the youngster, with the actor announcing the news on his Whosay page. The little one's name: Livingston.

Last night the Magic Mike star wrote on his personal page: "Camila gave birth to our third child yesterday morning. Our son, Livingston Alves McConaughey, was born at 7:43 a.m. on 12.28.12," before adding "He greeted the world at 9 lbs., and 21 inches. Bless up and thank you for your well wishes."

The couple, who have two other children - Vida, 2, and Levi, 4 - announced the pregnancy late in the summer via Twitter, and got one heck of a late Christmas present when little Livingston was born at a hospital in Austin, Texas. The pair tied the knot after six years together this summer shortly after the pregnancy announcement, and we doubt the two could have thought of anything better to finish the year for them. Well, maybe Camila might have asked for her husband to put on a little weight, with the actor dropping the pounds for his upcoming role as AIDS sufferer Ron Woodroof, but we're sure she understands.
