Matthew Fox Returns To Jail For Mug Shot
Actor Matthew Fox returned to an Oregon jail on Friday (29Jun12) to have his mug shot taken in relation to his Dui arrest in May (12).
The former Lost star was pulled over by cops in Bend in the early hours of 4 May (12) and taken into custody for booking on two misdemeanour counts of driving under the influence and driving without a licence.
However, the camera at the Deschutes County Adult Jail was broken at the time of Fox's arrest and officers were unable to snap his photo for their records.
He was asked to return there last week (29Jun12), when officials were finally able to take his mug shot.
Fox, 45, reached a plea deal with prosecutors last month (Jun12) and agreed to complete a court diversion programme within a year to avoid a jail term.
