We've seen some pretty bizarre couples in the past, so Mary Kate Olsen's new arm candy Olivier Sarkozy hardly shocks that much. Still, given the standard of some of the public displays of affection the two were sending each others way (mostly Olivier to Mary Kate), this doesn't mean we still can't squirm at them any less.
The pair have been seeing each other for a few weeks now and the as such decided to take in a game at New York's Madison Square Garden this weekend, with Sarkozy's two children in tow, and couldn't keep their hands off each other. Still, regardless of unpleasant looks the two are likely to have been receiving over the past few weeks, Mary Kate was since addressed the relationship when she told WSJ. Magazine, "Everyone has an opinion."
Well, at least she isn't bothered about the age gap and everything else that may be wrong with the relationship, and judging by how on top of her he was getting, neither was Olivier (who is half-brother of former French President Nicolas Sarkozy).
With 16 years separating them, the two are by no means Hollywood's most age inappropriate couple. In fact, they hardly come close. With a massive 60 years between them, Hugh Hefner and Crystal Harris take that crown, but Hugh is a 'big ol' dog' so what would you expect. Also on the list of bizarre matchings (or rather, 'I hope I can do that when I'm his age') are David Cross and Amber Tamblyn (19 years), Rod Stewart and Penny Lancaster (26 years) and barely legal Courtney Stodden and Doug Hutchison (35 years).
