Justin Bieber - Mariah Yeater Comes Clean, There Was No Justin Bieber Baby
Remember Mariah Yeater? Celebrity news moves fast but it's still a bit of a surprise that a potentially huge story concerning Justin Bieber 's alleged fathering of her child has slipped off the front page of entertainment sites so quickly. Indeed, after Bieber's team had threatened to take the 20 year-old to court for her claim, agreeing that the 17 year-old superstar would take a Dna test with no qualms, all went silent. There was a reason for that.
Entertainment website Tmz has learnt that the suit was quietly dismissed last week and, furthermore, Yeater's lawyers Lance Rogers and Matt Pare have also reportedly withdrawn from the case, leaving the mother of one without a leg to stand on. Bieber's team were always confident of victory in this case, having first issued a statement "While we haven't yet seen the lawsuit, it's sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims. We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations." They then agreed for Bieber to take a Dna test, even sending lawyer Howard Weitzman out to confirm a place and time and, finally, said they fully intended on suing the opposing party upon proof that the singer wasn't in fact the father. Bieber, for his part, has always maintained his innocence.
The initial allegations were that the performer had unprotected sex with Yeater at a concert in Los Angeles last year, with the women subsequently becoming pregnant with who she claimed was his child.
