Marcus Brigstocke's wife has filed for divorce amid allegations the British comedian/actor has been having an affair with an actress.
Brigstocke, who appeared in hit film Love Actually, is reported to have began a relationship with Hayley Tamaddon behind his wife Sophie Brigstocke's back in 2010.
The funnyman has now moved out of the family home, which he shared with his wife and two young children, and Sophie has filed divorce papers.
The documents, obtained by Britain's Mail On Sunday, state, "The adultery began in June 2010 and the Petitioner became aware of the adultery in July 2011. The Respondent (Mr Brigstocke) admits the adultery."
The actor says he isn't "holding out for more money or doing anything like that".
The drama will be making its return to the streaming service in the near future.
