Officials in Michigan have launched an inquiry after a music fan died at the Electric Forest Festival on Sunday (29Jun14).
The man, named locally as Brian Brockette, was working as a volunteer for a vendor at the event in Rothbury, Michigan when he was taken ill, and he was subsequently pronounced dead.
Staff at the Oceana County Medical Examiner's Office are now awaiting the results of an autopsy to determine the cause of death.
A spokesman for Michigan State Police says, "The victim suffered a medical emergency on Sunday, June 29, 2014, at approximately 11.15pm, and subsequently passed away... The incident remains under investigation by the Michigan State Police."
