"Madness" At 200 Sites
CBS Sports plans to allow live access on the Internet to its coverage of the Final Four games of the NCAA basketball championships, it said Thursday. Moreover, the telecasts will be available at the click of a mouse on more than 200 different websites, including competitors ESPN.com, owned by the Walt Disney Co., and SI.com, owned by Time Warner. No registration is required to view the games. Following the live telecasts, video of the full games will be posted on the web and available via streaming video, wh ile highlight packages will also be posted, the network said. The webcasts are being sponsored by Champions AT&T, Coca-Cola, and Pontiac.
