Love Blames Weight Loss On Nobody's Daughter
Reports suggested Love had dropped an estimated 50 pounds (22.6 kilograms) while working on Hole's latest album Nobody's Daughter - sparking rumours she had developed anorexia.
The rocker has admitted in the past to restricting herself from having sex for five years, becoming celibate to focus on her music, but she's adamant she has never purposefully restricted her food intake, or taken drugs to help her get thin.
She says, "I definitely needed all of my energy to put into this record - all of it. It was weird because no drugs (were) involved. I'm about 5'11". I ended up at about 101 pounds (45.8 kilograms) from the energy of the record."
