Lopez: 'I Couldn't Be A Single Mum'
The actress/singer plays an unlucky-in-love single, who decides to have a child alone - and then falls for Mr. Right - in the romantic comedy.
She admits playing a mum-to-be was easy because she could still remember what it was like to be pregnant in real life, but she couldn't imagine having kids without a partner, like her character.
She tells WENN, "If I hadn't met (husband) Marc (Anthony) I wouldn't have kids. It's just too hard. I have so much respect for single moms or those women who find themselves a single mother. To choose to be a single mother is so courageous to me.
"It is such a hard job to raise a child and to be everything to that child without a partner. It is just admirable and brave. I don't know if I could do it on my own."
