Lindsay Lohan - Lindsay Lohan's Tanning Lawsuit Heats Up

Tanning Vegas boss Lorit Simon claims she spray-tanned the Mean Girls actress on numerous occasions between 2007 and 2009, but was not paid for her services.

Simon sued and last year (11), a Nevada judge ordered Lohan to pay the $40,000 (25,000) bill.

However, Lohan has allegedly failed to hand over any of the money and salon bosses are now asking to have the case moved to Lohan's adopted home state of California, so her assets can be used to settled the debt, according to Tmz.com.
