Lindsay Lohan - Lindsay Lohan's Father Ignores Restraining Order To Conceive Child?

According to sources, Kate is currently in her first trimester, though the restraining order she had against Michael was only lifted a couple of weeks ago, meaning the act of conception was actually illegal. Insiders say Michael is yet to tell Lindsay or any of his other children about the happy news, with the Hollywood actress likely to have learned of the pregnancy online. A representative for the couple confirmed the news, though wouldn't comment on reports that Michael ignored his restraining order to conceive the child. After being arrested on a domestic abuse complaint back in October 2011, Kate Major phoned police to alert them that Lohan has contacted her by phone, breaking the terms of his release. Police were subsequently given the okay to arrest him again, but when arriving at his home, he tried to flee the scene by jumping off a third floor balcony - only be apprehended shortly afterwards.

Lindsay is Michael's daughter with the singer and actress Dina Lohan. The couple married in 1985, briefly separated in 1998 before reuniting. They separate again in 2005, finalizing their divorce in 2007.
