Lindsay Lohan - Lindsay Lohan Won't Face Prosecution In Hit-and-run Case

The Mean Girls star was taken into custody on 19 September (12) after she reportedly hit pedestrian Jose Rodriguez while driving her Porsche Cayenne into a hotel's underground parking lot in Manhattan.

She was booked for leaving the scene of the incident and released soon afterwards without bail.

A representative for the actress played down the arrest and defended the 26 year old's innocence, and now Lohan has been cleared of all wrongdoing after video surveillance footage of the alleged accident proved inconclusive, according to Tmz.com.
