Lindsay Lohan jets to UK with Max George

Lindsay Lohan is reportedly skipping her court date to spend time with Max George.

The 'Liz & Dick' actress - whose case relating to her car accident in June, during which she allegedly lied about being the driver, is scheduled to be heard tomorrow (12.12.12) but the 26-year-old star has reportedly flown to the London to spend time with The Wanted singer instead of appearing in court, according to gossip website X17Online.com

The flame-haired beauty - who enjoyed a string of dates with the British heartthrob after they met in a New York nightclub late last month on the same night she allegedly assaulted fortune-teller Tiffany Mitchell - appeared to confirm she was abroad earlier when she tweeted earlier this morning (11.12.12): ''I heart the UK.''

The troubled starlet was involved in a crash on the Pacific Coast Highway near Los Angeles earlier this year and was officially charged last month after she told officers she was a passenger in the car involved, when she is believed to have been driving.

According to reports, the actress is not legally required to appear in court alongside her lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley because all of the charges against her are misdemeanours.

Max, 24, recently revealed he thinks he is a bad influence on Lindsay, saying: ''It's fun, she's a good girl. She can party nearly as hard as we can.

''I'm sure she's got people around her that know much better than we do. We're probably not the best influences.''
