Lindsay Lohan Hits Back At Photographer's Lawsuit
Lindsay Lohan is fighting back against a photographer who alleges he was hit by her car in 2010, accusing the snapper of putting himself in harm's way by stepping in front of the vehicle.
Grigor Balyan sued the actress in January (12), alleging he suffered orthopaedic and neurologic injuries after a car driven by Lohan's assistant hit him while he was taking pictures of her outside a Los Angeles nightclub.
The Mean Girls star has now hit back at the lawsuit, filing a response at L.A. Court Superior Court this week (beg30Jul12).
In the documents, obtained by Tmz.com, Lohan claims Balyan "carelessly put himself near a moving automobile" and caused his own injuries. A judge has yet to make a ruling on the case.
