Lil Wayne has been given an extra bonus present to help give him more reason to celebrate his 30th birthday on Thursday (September 27th) - he's stolen Elvis Presley's crown by scoring the most Billboard Hot 100 entries of all time. Presley has managed to hold on to the honour ever since the charts were launched back in 1958, but he's finally been surpassed by the Lollipop hit maker who has outdone him with his appearance on his pal The Game's song Celebration, which debuted at number 82 this week.

That entry now means that the widely known King of Rock & Roll now lies one place behind Lil Wayne's 109 entries. Presley is known to pop up on a re-release or a remix however, so don't expect him to be staying on 108 for too long. For Wayne though, the feat also couples up as setting a new record for a solo artist. The triumph comes down to the fact that the hip-hop star's managed to bag himself more than a few regular guest spots on records, having appeared on tracks by the likes of Juvenile and Destiny's Child, not to mention having plenty of his own solo hits.
