Liam Falls Out With Noel Over X Factor Snub
Warring Oasis brothers Liam and Noel Gallagher have fallen out again after Noel refused to let the band appear on the British talent show The X Factor.
Liam is a fan of the Simon Cowell-produced show, and believed their appearance would have boosted sales of their greatest hits album STOP THE CLOCKS - but WONDERWALL mastermind Noel flatly refused.
Liam fumes, "We should have done it. The contestants would have been singing Oasis songs. I would have loved that. If Tony Bennett can go on, why can't we?
"We'd have made it to number one in the album charts without a doubt, but our kid (Noel) said no and that was that."
Rod Stewart, Westlife and Lionel Richie have all guest-starred on the show so far, which sees contestants perform one of the artist's songs live on the show.
