Levon Helm To Be Buried Next To Bandmate Rick Danko
Rocker Levon Helm will be laid to rest next to late bandmate Rick Danko in a Woodstock, New York cemetery.
A private funeral will be held on Friday (27Apr12) - a day after friends and fans will get their chance to pay their final respects to The Band drummer, who died last week (ends20Apr12).
Helm's family have opened up the barn where Helm staged his Saturday night Midnight Ramble concerts for a public memorial.
Danko, The Band's singer and bassist, died in 1999.
