Boyband JLS made one fan's dream come true during their set - they invited Sophie Washington, who is awaiting a pancreas transplant, onstage to sing with them.

After the show, the teen tweeted, "Had the most amazing night!! Love you Jls!!! Such a brilliant time singing with you guys! Thanks so much! It was just incredible, I still can't believe it! Absolutely amazing."

Jls singer Marvin Humes replied, "What an amazing night... emotional yet inspiring! Sophie was an honour to perform with you tonight Hun! Rays of Sunshine makes wishes come true! We loved it!"
